Due to a legal holiday in Canada on Tuesday, July 1, 1997 (Canada Day), the following items WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED on Monday, June 30, 1997 for delivery to Canada for settlement on Tuesday, July 1, 1997.

• Inter-City deliveries (IESS)
• National Transfer Service (NTS) envelopes for delivery to transfer agents located in Canada

All items WILL BE ACCEPTED IN NEW YORK on Tuesday, July 1, 1997 for delivery to Canada for settlement Wednesday, July 2, 1997.

The NSCC Canadian Facility in Toronto ( The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited ) will be closed on Tuesday, July 1, 1997. Normal schedules will resume on Wednesday, July 2, 1997.
