Due to a legal holiday in Canada on Monday, August 3, 1998 (Civic Holiday), the following WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED on Friday, July 31, 1998 for delivery to Canada for settlement on Monday, August 3, 1998.

- Inter-City deliveries (IESS)

All items WILL BE ACCEPTED IN NEW YORK on Monday, August 3, 1998 for delivery to Canada for settlement on Tuesday, August 4, 1998.

The NSCC Canadian Facility in Toronto (The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited) will be open on Monday, August 3, 1998, but will not accept any deliveries. Normal schedules will resume on Tuesday, August 4, 1998.
