AVAILABILITY OF CONVERSION TEST FILES

As stated in NSCC Important Notice dated October 9, 1998 (A 4839, P&S 4403), NSCC began providing test conversion files and reports to participants with production data . The first set of files and reports included data from Friday, October 16, 1998. The second set of files and reports is available the week of October 26^th and includes production data from Friday, October 23^rd. The last set of scheduled conversion files and reports will include production data of Friday, October 30^th and will be available the following week. As mentioned in the previous notice, each week’s Autoroute Products produced will overlay the previous week’s files if the participant has not taken the files from Autoroute. In addition , the files and reports from the October 30^th output will only be available via Autoroute and/or PCWEB Direct for the following five days. Therefore, it is important that participants save their production data from the conversion dates and save the corresponding conversion weekly files as soon as they become available in order to reconcile the data.

PREPARING FOR FULL SYSTEM TEST OUTPUT ON NOV. 16th

Participants receiving output via Direct Transmission

In order for participants to receive output from the full participant test starting Monday November 16^th, all participants who plan to receive their output via direct transmission must advise SIAC Participant Testing Group (PTG) at (212) 383-4891 no later than Nov. 6^th. Participants need to identify which ACATS Autoroute Products they plan to receive and have established network connectivity for this data. Please refer to NSCC Important Notice dated July 31^st (A4801, P&S 4363) for the list of all ACATS Autoroute Products.

All participants who plan to receive their ACATS output via PCWEB Direct must advise their NSCC Account Manager as soon as possible with the specific Autoroute Products they want sent to them via PCWEB Direct. NSCC has recently sent to all ACATS Co-ordinators a profile form which asked PCWEB Direct users to provide this information. If this form has not been returned to NSCC, please fax this information to your Account Manager no later than November 6th. This information must be received by NSCC in time for the participants to be set up for their designated output prior to the start of system test Nov. 16^th.
