SUBJECT: SHARED DATA CENTER POWER SHUTDOWN AT 55 WATER STREET

A power shutdown at 55 Water Street is scheduled for the weekend of January 16, 1999. This event will affect the SIAC Shared Data Center facility on the 21^st floor. The schedule calls for winding down all processing at 12:00 noon Saturday, January 16, 1999. The area is expected to be fully back on line by 12:00 midnight Sunday January 17, 1999 (barring complications).

Please be advised that no application changes will be accepted for production implementation on Friday, January 15 or Saturday January 16, 1999.

For the Mutual Fund Networking system there will be a notice out shortly discussing changes in the processing timeframes for Saturday January 16, 1999.
