IESS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN NEW YORK on Monday, August 6, 2001, for delivery to Canada for settlement on Tuesday, August 7, 2001.

The NSCC Canadian Facility in Toronto (The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited) will be open on Monday, August 6, 2001, but will not accept any deliveries.

Normal schedules will resume on Tuesday, August 7, 2001.
