I. ACATS Enhancements

NSCC’s Important Notice A5234, P&S 4804, dated January 31, 2001, announced that the production implementation date for two future ACATS enhancements would be Monday, September 10, 2001. The two ACATS enhancements are as follows:

1. Add Mutual Fund Receiver Adjustment Capability

2. Add a New ACATS Transfer Type for Mutual Fund Clean-Ups

This important notice is a reminder that all ACATS participants should have completed their testing and be ready and able to process these ACATS enhancements. Details on these two ACATS enhancements are in Important Notice A5190, P&S 4760, dated December 8, 2000. Further processing details along with ACATS participant testing details are contained in ACATS Important Notice A5292, P&S 4862, dated July 10, 2001.
