ATTENTION: All PCWebDirect Users
SUBJECT: PCWebDirect “New Look and Feel”PC WebDirect has been updated with a "New Look and Feel" across all products. Forms are more readable, action buttons are consistent , and required fields are clearly marked. This redesign made NO CHANGES TO DATA ENTRY OR OTHER PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY. The attached What’s New? guide highlights the elements of this redesign.
Effective October 22nd, all holders of PCWebDirect digital certificate (issued before October 15th) can preview the new design by selecting the PREVIEW "New Look and Feel" button on the PCWebDirect launch page. This special PREVIEW server has been implemented to enable users to review the forms and exercise their workflows. Examples of reports are available on the PREVIEW system.
NO DATA ENTERED ON PREVIEW SCREENS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO PRODUCTION, and NO CONFIRMS WILL BE RETURNED.
The PREVIEW server will be retired on November 3rd.
Effective November 5th, the PCWebDirect "New Look and Feel" will be moved to Production. All transactions will be submitted to Production, and confirms and reports will be generated.
Participants are encouraged to review and test this "New Look and Feel" during the PREVIEW period. Questions should be addressed to the Participant Test Group of the Enterprise Service Center at (212) 855-5630.
