Effective August 7, 2003, NSCC has ceased to act for eBondTrade LLC ("eBond") (Member No. 6761), a Municipal Comparison Only Member. Participants are advised that:

1. From and after August 7, 2003, any trades submitted naming eBond as a counterparty will not be accepted by NSCC, including not only original trade data but also supplemental input. Any items subsequently entered will be deleted.
2. Any previously submitted transactions for Trade Dates prior to August 7, 2003 naming eBond as counterparty that were not reported as compared will be deleted from the comparison operation.
