The National Securities Clearing Corporation will include an additional domestic index security in its domestic index security file on Wednesday, October 1, 2003.  The Index Receipt Agent for the new index security is Investors Bank and Trust.   Clearing and trading information pertinent to the new fund follows:

The existing creation and redemption procedures, reporting structures, files, and reports that were used for the previous domestic index products will also be used for the new fund.

NOTE:  In preparation for creation and redemption activity, NSCC is scheduled to add the new portfolio to its Domestic Portfolio Composition File (PCF) on or about Wednesday, October 1, 2003. This file also contains all other domestic index security portfolios.
