Beginning the evening of August 19, 2004, NSCC will begin processing same day settling trades for CNS and Non-CNS T+3 and older items. These trades will be reported on the two (2) new Supplemental Consolidated Trade Summaries Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 AutoRoute # 02040954 (MRO) and AutoRoute # 02040953 (Print Image). At times these files will have no data and, for those firms who have been set-up to receive header records when no data is sent, are advised that the AutoRoute header records for these empty files will have the calendar date and not the application date (Example: A blank file received at 2AM on Saturday will have Saturdays date and not Mondays date in the AutoRoute header). In addition, depending on your generic AutoRoute set-up for blank files, the participant number will have zeros (0000) or will be blank. If these files have data, the header record will have the application date and your participant number.
